Nature moves in cycles… and so do you.

It's easy to forget that, especially in the world we live in now. We follow the paths and schedules and expectations set for us, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, we lose track of the fact that we're each unique — with our own gifts, our own thoughts, and our own ways of moving through the world.

What I hope to do here, and through my work, is to inspire you to reconnect with the seasons, cycles, and rhythms of the natural world as tools for self-awareness and self-acceptance. My hope is to help you understand more of what makes you uniquely you, to embrace the fact that your way of moving through life looks different than anyone else's, and to be proud of what makes you who you are.

Nature is one of our greatest teachers, reminding us that everything is connected and that everything moves in its own time. When we learn to understand and embrace that in our own lives, things start to move at a different pace.

We give ourselves a bit more permission, a bit more grace and a bit more understanding. And in turn, we give that to others, too.

Our individuality is what makes for an ideal collective, and when we know who we are, how we're wired, and what we stand for, we contribute to the world in a fuller way. That's the reason I do this work — and if you'd like to know more about how it all comes together, you can read more here.
